Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS)
At Sammin Engineering, the safety of our employees, subcontractors, clients and all those affected by our operations is our priority. Electrical works present real and significant risks. We operate on the basis that every task must be properly planned, controlled and supervised so that everyone goes home safely at the end of each day.
Our integrated QEHS Management System provides the structure, leadership and accountability to ensure this happens consistently across all projects.
Health & Safety
Health and Safety is embedded in how we plan and deliver our projects.
Our ISO 45001 certified Safety Management System ensures that:
- Hazards are identified and risk assessed before work begins
- Project-specific RAMS are developed and communicated clearly
- Only trained and competent personnel carry out specialist activities
- Supervision and site inspections are carried out routinely
- Near misses, hazards and improvement opportunities are openly reported
- Lessons learnt are shared across projects
We promote a safety culture where everyone has the authority & responsibility to intervene if something is unsafe.
Safety is not driven by paperwork. It is driven by leadership, planning and behaviour on site.
